Charlie 777 Plot At the center of Charlie 777 is Dharma (brilliantly played by Rakshit Shetty), whose life is nothing short of a mess. Moreover, he is a loner and is also feared among the colony people as his life mainly revolves around his work at the factory, fights, booze, smoking, and watching Charlie Chaplin.
Dharma is an orphan whose parents and sister died in a car crash caused by a dog, and now he lives alone in Chinmaya colony, Satara. However, things start to take a turn when a labrador puppy escapes from the house of a breeder and finds her way into Dharma’s life.
The adorable little pup tries to gain Dharma’s attention but fails. One day, the pup follows Dharma and gets into a road accident. The whole scenario upsets Dharma, and he feels guilty. Following this, he is now advised by the vet to take care of the dog until an adopter comes forward.
The bond between Dharma and Charlie grows, and both of them heal each other’s wounds to some extent. However, their happiness is short-lived when one day Charlie loses consciousness and it is revealed that she is suffering from cancer and that the genetic effect was caused by the breeder’s unwanted breeding techniques.
As the narrative of the film progresses, we are introduced to new characters, find Charlie’s real name, and finally find out what Dharma has in store for the one who tortured Charlie. The film is packed with emotional and comedy elements; furthermore, it urges people to adopt, don’t shop.
