Just like the famous Bollywood movie Bhool Bhulaiya 2 , the sequel of Bhool Bhulaiya , Aranmanai 3 is a horror comedy movie directed by Sundar C. The movie had a shooting schedule since January 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it kept on postponing. The movie was finally released on 14 October 2022.
Aranmanai 3- The Storyline Young Jyothi sees a spirit in her home and gets terrified by it, she tries to tell her father about it, but her father resents her as her mother died giving birth to her. Being angry with her, he sends her off to boarding school, and then many years later her father somehow opens a secret room in the village temple. He is shocked and angry with the fact that he found nothing in that room. Soon after his driver commits suicide.
Jyothi, now an adult, returns home to attend her driver’s funeral and falls in love with her childhood sweetheart Saravannan. Once she comes back she finds out that the spirit that haunted her in her childhood is now torturing her young relative Shalu. She also encounters the spirit of her late mother, and somehow her father gets to know about it as she convinces him about everything.
After all this happens, they call a priest to practice exorcism in the house, they even get successful in trapping one of the ghosts but the other one escapes and releases the first one as well. Now, Saravannan is possessed by the ghosts and what’s there to see is how they are going to trap these ghosts and save Saravannan.
