Anuj video calls Anupama, and she asks if everything is okay at home. Anuj tells her that everything is okay. He was just missing her so much, and he also yelled at Anu. Anupama tells him that it is okay. But Anuj expresses his feelings and tells her he feels bad and frustrated without her. Anupama calms him down and explains that a father can scold his daughter if she makes a mistake.
Anuj tells Anupama that he is disturbing her repeatedly, even after knowing she is busy with Kinjal and Shah. Anupama tells him not to act formally with her. He tells her to return home as soon as possible. She nods and disconnects the call. Anuj calls GK and asks him to take her to little Anu, but Anukush requests him to let him take to Anu.
Leela scolds the doctor in the hospital for keeping the Air Conditioner on. The doctor informs her that the patient won’t be able to breathe if they turn off the AC. Anupama intervenes and solves the argument. Besides that, Anuj meets Anu and tries to feel good in her presence. Anu asks him when they will visit the baby girl. Anuj replies that he will soon take her to the hospital.
Leela applies Kajal near the baby’s cheek. Rakhi argues and tells her not to do such things in the future. Leela says that she has stayed with many children till now and knows what to do and what not to do; the baby is her great-granddaughter, so she can do whatever. They both start a quarrel. After that, Anupama and Kinjal calm her down and tell her that they will listen to both her great-grandmother’s and doctor’s advice.
Anupama takes a selfie with the baby girl. Finally, Toshu arrives at the hospital. Anupama emotionally gives the baby to him. Rakhi glares at Toshu, and Toshu tells Vanraj with teary eyes that he has become a father. Vanraj recalls the moment when Toshu reached late on Pakhi’s birth too.
The baby starts crying, and Toshu tells everyone that she(baby) does not like Papa. Rakhi takes the baby from Toshu, and she stops crying. Rakhi tells him that maybe his baby knows what is right and wrong. Everyone feels weird after listening to this, but they somehow ignore it.
Shah asks Rakhi to hand over the baby to Toshu and Kinjal so they can spend family time together, but Rakhi denies it. Shah convinces her, and then she finally walks out of the room and tells Toshu to act like a good father. Anupama thinks that Rakhi is angry because Toshu reached the hospital late.
Toshu plays with the baby in the hospital room. Kinjal apologises for Rakhi’s behaviour. He says that it is okay. Kinjal expresses that she is sad because she missed him. And he should be here during the time of the baby’s birth. Toshu apologises straight away. Then they both talk about the baby and the responsibilities.
In the waiting area, Vanraj offers a cup of tea to Rakhi, and she refuses it. Then, Anupama offers her tea and asks her why she is upset. Anupama asks her if maybe she is angry because Toshu is jobless. Rakhi denies it, and she seems to be concerned about something. Anupama insists and asks her again, but Rakhi stands up and tells Shah that she has made all the arrangements for Kinjal and the baby and will take them to her house. Vanraj interferes and tells her that it’s Kinjal’s choice and we cannot decide.
