After the ceremony, Anupama ties a toy on the baby’s cradle which she and Anuj made for the baby. Kinjal compliments the toy and Anu says that she decorated it, Hasmukh praises Anu. Then, Anupama tells everyone the importance of tying the toys on the cradle. After that everyone ties their favourite toy on the crib. Leela scolds Anu, while she swings the baby crib.
At Kapadia’s House, Anuj feels alone without Anupama. He notices a file with a note “checked” on it. Anuj rechecks the file and feels amazed that Anupama is multi- tasking. Moreover, he calls Ankush and orders him to bring all the files as he wants to know the office status in his absence. Ankush brings the file and feels anxious.
Kinjal notices Rakhi upset and asks her the reason for being sad. Leela taunts her that Nagin wants to spend some more time with her grand-daughter. Kinjal apologises to Rakhi and informs her that she wants the baby to know all the relationships.
Rakhi praises Anupama for supporting Kinjal and she also asks her if she will support Kinjal in future also. Anupama nods and promises her. Leela informs everyone that pandit ji will conduct the naming ceremony tomorrow. Everyone says that they have decided a name for the baby but Rakhi tells her that she has hired a name selector who sent her list. Hasmukh sarcastically says that there will be a war tomorrow. Toshu says that they all will select a name and a pet name also.
Leela asks if they will keep a dog’s name to the baby. Samar tells her that pet name is like Kavya(mom) calling Pakhi “Sweety”. Anupama tells them that both names should be special.
In the room, Toshu asks Kinjal if she is still feeling the pain. Kinjal nods and Toshu apologises to her that he cannot share the pain. Furthermore, they discuss parenthood and more.
Toshu confesses that he is so happy to have a baby girl. Kinjal tells him to stop staring at other girls as he is a father of a girl. Toshu feels uneasy and asks her what she means. Kinjal informs him that she knows that he doesn’t look at other girls. Toshu tells her that he loves her and the baby only. After that, Kinjal asks him about the problem between him and Rakhi as he should discuss it with her.
Toshu feels concerned and thinks if he did a big mistake which would affect his relationship in future. Anupama gets ready to leave home and Leela offers her sweets for Anuj. She orders Anupama to come early tomorrow as they cannot change the timing of the naming ceremony. Vanraj thanks Anupama and asks her if Anuj feels bad that she has to visit Shah’s daily.
Anupama informs Vanraj that even Anuj himself wants her to spend more time with Kinjal and her baby. Vanraj praises Anuj for being a part of Anupama’s life and invites him to the ceremony tomorrow. Anupama returns home and informs Anuj about the naming ceremony, she adds that Vanraj wants him and the whole family to attend the ceremony too.
Anuj keeps thinking about Ankush, Barkha and Adhik and Anupama tries to divert his mind by asking him what he will be wearing tomorrow. Hasmukh confronts Leela for being rude to Anu and Anupama. Leela counters his statement and angrily tells that Anupama should know her responsibilities as a grandmother. Hasmukh tells her that she is also Anuj’s wife and Anu’s mother, she has many responsibilities already. After so much quarrel, Vanraj takes Leela’s side and tells that there are certain things which only Anupama can do. Hasmukh says that there is a way to behave with someone. Leela taunts him if she should hold Anupama’s feet and apologise to her.
Hasmukh yearns and informs her to be polite with Anupama and Anu or else it won’t be good for her. Once Hasmukh leaves, Leela yells that Anupama is a grandmother and should complete her responsibilities and they aren’t responsible for Anuj’s condition. Vanraj calms her down and says that Anupama will handle everything.
Next day, Anupama and Anuj get ready for the naming ceremony. Anuj tells Anupama that he wants to visit the office. Anupama tells him that he should visit the office tomorrow as they are busy today. Anuj nods and tries to wear a kurta. Anupama helps him and unintentionally he shouts on Anupama.
