Barkha informs Ankush about Rakhi’s weird behaviour and tells him that maybe Rakhi will create a drama. Anupama asks Anuj if he is feeling tired, Anuj requests her not to worry about him and continue the naming ceremony. Furthermore, Barkha hears everything and taunts Anupama to fulfil her grandmother’s duty first and let them handle Anuj.
Anupama thanks Barkha and tells her not to take care of Anuj when she is around, Anuj adds that Anupama is enough for her. Meanwhile, Ankush interferes and informs Anupama to complete the rituals. After that, Anupama notices Rakhi still upset and asks her what happened. Rakhi tells that she is okay.
Anu drops flower thali during the ritual. Leela yells at her and orders Anu to stay away from the baby. Kavya, Vanraj, Kinjal and Toshu try to stop Leela but Leela keeps verbally abusing Anu and her parents. Meenu stops Leela and accepts that she dropped the plate by mistake while Anu was just helping her.
Hasmukh upbraided Leela for scolding Anu and asks her if she will scold Meenu now. Anupama tells Leela to not scold Meenu now, Leela apologises to Anu and tells her that her grandmother is not evil and loves her. On the other hand, Barkha tries to provoke Anuj by telling Ankush that Leela scolded Anu but she didn’t scold Meenu. Ankush says because they are biologically related to each other.
Shah’s and Kapadia’s dance while selecting the baby’s name. Anupama informs everyone to stop as they should select the name for the baby. Everyone gives their suggestion while Rakhi rejects Toshu’s suggestion. Kinjal asks Anupama and Vanraj for their suggestion and they both tell Arya together. Then, they perform the ritual and name the baby Arya.
Everyone decides to perform Garba around the baby. While performing garba, Anupama notices Toshu’s phone lying on the ground. While picking up the phone from the floor she hears Toshu’s girlfriend message that it’s been only three days since they have met and she is already missing him.
Anupama recalls Rakhi’s words. Meanwhile, Vanraj notices Anupama standing alone, he asks her if everything is alright. Anupama tells him that she is okay. Samar gathers everyone and announces that the baby’s father wants to say something. Toshu says that he always wanted to live a luxurious and rich life. But after the baby he wants to spend his time with Kinjal and the baby.
He also confesses that he always thought of a baby as a tension and responsibility but everyone supported Kinjal during tough times when he was not even around. Toshu thanks everyone. After that, Pakhi calls Adhik and tries to click a selfie with the baby and her parents. Samar tells him not to take a picture but Pakhi tells him that even Vanraj has sorted out things with Kapadia’s.
Dolly overhears the conversation and joins them to click the selfie. Moreover, Anupama holds Toshu’s hand and takes him away by informing everyone that he should light a ghee lamp in the temple as per the ritual.
Leela asks the guest to find a girl for Samar. The relatives say that her family is pretty modern as his elder grandson did love marriage. Leela tells everyone that her younger grandson listens to her and he will marry a girl who Leela will choose. Anupama takes Toshu to the room and locks it. Toshu asks her if she knows about his affair. Anupama nods.
