Anupama confronts Toshu for his impolite nature. Toshu yells at Anupama and tells her to forget whatever happened, as he doesn’t care about the past. Toshu means Anupama does not discuss anything with Kinjal as he doesn’t want a divorce. Furthermore, Anupama asks him if he wants to hide his misdeed.
Toshu tells Anupama that a mother even hides a murder so that she can hide the affair from everyone. Then, he wipes Anupama’s tears and requests her to stop crying and act as if nothing happened. Rakhi walks inside the room and stares at them.
Toshu points out at Rakhi and tells Anupama that even she is not stretching the drama and asks Rakhi to convince Anupama so that she can keep quiet in front of everyone. Toshu leaves the room and rejoins his family. After that, Leela asks him the reason for being late. Toshu tells everyone that Anupama and Rakhi are giving him a lecture about parenthood.
On the other hand, Ankush and Barkha suspect something and try to cross-examine the situation for their benefit. Rakhi apologises to Anupama for not telling the truth. Anupama disheartedly says that she asked her many times. Rakhi further explains herself by saying that she kept quiet because of her daughter’s and grand- daughter’s sake.
Anupama asks her if she wants to hide the truth. Rakhi responds that she wants to hide the fact for now. Earlier, she was also annoyed after hearing the truth and wanted to inform everyone, but after Arya’s birth, she managed to control her emotions. Moreover, Rakhi explains that she is a mother, so she doesn’t want her granddaughter to grow old without a father, as she raised her kid alone.
Anupama asks Rakhi if she wants to betray Kinjal; Rakhi says that if she tells the truth, then it will destroy Kinjal’s life. Hence, they cannot snatch a father from a daughter. After much discussion, Anupama asks Rakhi what if she finds out that her husband betrayed her in the future. Rakhi says that sometimes a lie is better than truth, but Anupama stops her and tells her that she loves Kinjal a lot and cannot see anything wrong happening with her.
Rakhi explains to her that Kinjal is not strong and will break down after hearing the truth, she also tells her that she’ll take Toshu’s responsibility, and this is not the first marital affair in this world. 99% of men cheat their wives, and only 1% get caught. Rakhi pleads in front of Anupama not to tell the truth about Kinjal’s happiness.
Shah enjoys the game while Pakhi and Adhik eat sweets in a corner. Anupama walks out of the room, recalling Toshu’s and Rakhi’s words. After joining the family, she stares at Toshu, who clicks a selfie with Kinjal and the family. Anupama cries and thinks that she will not let Kinjal become Anupama.
