The lady tells how a mother’s womb is the first classroom of a child. The other founder explains how it is important for a kid to develop his skills mentally and physically during growing age.
And some kids even get diabetic issues from their mother and father’s genes. Even some doctors don’t give more than 5 minutes to their patients. Because of nuclear families, pregnant women cannot get perfect guidance too.
They describe that through the iMumz app, they guide moms in every stage of their pregnancy. They provide 24×7 guidance and tell what a mother should do each month.
They inform the sharks that they started iMumz 2 and a half years ago. More than 6 lakh women have downloaded their apps. They ask for 70 lakhs for 1% Equity which is a valuation of 70 crores.
Anupam Mital asks how they all met. The founder explains that both Mayur and Ravi met during college days and soon they met Dr. Jaideep, who is a very famous doctor in the world.
Dr. Jaideep informs that her in-laws and even her kids are gynecologists, which impresses sharks. The other founder says that he gatecrashed events to meet her, and fortunately, she agreed.
Then Ravi explains how the women can use the apps and how they are providing guidance. Peeyush says that many apps are available, but Ravi explains how they are working on actionable plans.
Peeyush asks them how many people are using their app. Ravi says that they’ve 1.1 lakh paid subscribers, and in 2 years, they’ve generated a revenue of 2.2 crores.
