Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is a story of a simple, honest man, who leads a monotonous life, Surinder Sahni (played by Shah Rukh Khan) who falls in love with his ‘opposite’ Taani (played by Anushka Sharma), who is high-spirited, lively, and flamboyant. Taani’s dying father gets the duo married, while Surinder is elated; Taani is lost and unhappy. Their marriage is filled with silent dinners and just going through the day, waiting for it to end.
Things start to become interesting when Taani decides to take part in a dance show in order to run away from her married life, and Surinder undergoes a complete makeover and dons the roadside Romeo avatar of ‘Raj’ and becomes her dance partner. Jab Tak Hai Jaan

Even if you may not have watched the movie, there is no chance that you’d have escaped from the beautiful music and dialogue of this movie. The last directorial venture of Yash Chopra, Jab Tak Hai Jaan , is a magical story of unconditional love that transcends time and continents.
Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif , Anushka Sharma, Rishi Kapoor, and Neetu Singh, Jab Tak Hai Jaan was released on 13th November 2013. Shah Rukh plays the role of Samar, a bomb disposal expert in the Indian Army, who falls for Meera, played by Katrina Kaif, when the two meet in London.
However, fate doesn’t work in favor of Samar and Meera, and Samar meets with a fatal accident; to save him, Meera vows to God that she will leave him if he allows him to live. Angry at God and life, Samar returns to India and joins the bomb disposal squad of the Indian army. Here Samar meets Akira, an intern at Discovery, played by Anushka Sharma.
Akira is working on a project to make a documentary on Samar’s life as a bomb disposal expert. In the process, she falls in love with Samar, unravels the mystery of why he is so bitter about life and tries her best to make him unite with his lost lover Meera.
Jab Tak hai Jaan’s box office earnings are estimated to be around Rs. 211 crores; furthermore, it was made with a budget of Rs. 50 crores. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is another gem by Karan Johar that captures the true essence of love and longing in the movie in the best possible way.
KJo brought Ranbir Kapoor , Anushka Sharma, Fawad Khan, Aishwarya Rai, and Shah Rukh Khan together in a movie and still managed to offer the audience a greater reason to stay hooked on the movie in the form of a fantastic story, heartwarming dialogue, and breathtaking music.

Jab Harry Met Sejal
Jab Harry Met Sejal is the story of a depressed middle-aged, philandering tour guide, Harinder Singh Nehra urf Harry, in Europe, who falls for one of his clients, Sejal while helping her in search for her lost engagement ring. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab Harry Met Sejal was released on 4th August 2017.
This movie is a mixture of old-fashioned and modern-day romance between Harry, played by Shah Rukh Khan, and Sejal, played by Anushka Sharma. While Harry helps Sejal in finding her lost engagement ring in Europe, the duo falls in love; Harry offers Sejal solace and security, while Sejal makes him understand love and relationships better, offering each other things that were missing from their lives.
Imtiaz Ali uses ‘ring’ as a metaphor to portray ‘what you seek is seeking you’ as Harry and Sejal complete the missing puzzle of each other’s lives. However, both of them hold back their feelings for each other because of Sejal’s engagement and their contradictory opinions about love, sex, and relationships.
Eventually, Sejal returns to India, and Harry tries to put everything behind him and return to his work. Nonetheless, he misses her and decides to fly to Mumbai to meet her. On meeting her, Harry gets to know that Sejal called off the wedding.

Zero
Zero is directed by Aanand L Rai, and it brings back the Jab Tak Hai Jaan trio. In a story that begins in Meerut and moves to Mars somehow, Zero is supposedly the riskiest role of Shah Rukh Khan’s career.
Shah Rukh is the King of Romance and has made us believe that any woman can fall in love with him, but with Zero and him playing the role of Bauua Singh, a 4-foot 2-inch man with a swagger attitude and wicked sense of humor.
You wonder who will fall in love with this guy? but Bauua doesn’t feel sorry for himself and neither allows you to do it. Anushka Sharma plays the role of Aafia, a world-famous scientist who discovered water on Mars; she is confined to a wheelchair because of cerebral palsy. Hence she is one of the few people who match Bauua’s eye line, hence making her compatible with him in Bauua’s eyes.
There’s more to the story, as Bauua has a crush on an actress named Babita Kumari, played by Katrina Kaif. Zero takes you on a journey with Bauua as he meets Aafia and Babita Kumari and how his experiences with these two women broaden his horizon to find a purpose in life he never even knew he had.
