Storyline of the Punjabi Movie “Mr and Mrs 420 Returns” The movie is based on rural arrangements where the eldest brother (Jaswinder Bhalla) with no wife but a mentally unstable son (Naresh Kathooria), another brother (Gurpreet Ghuggi) and his wife, and the youngest brother Laadi (Ranjit Bawa) live together. The youngest one is a drug addict, and their aunt (Chachi) tries to help him so that his brother will give him an equal share in the family land; thus, she insists on his marriage and starts finding a suitable match for him.
Laadi also goes to a marriage bureau to find a girl but fails to do so. There he meets Balli (Jassie Gill), who is also in need of money to marry the love of his life. The girl’s father needs Laadi to have at least some land to secure the future of her daughter.
In the second half, we see Balli, dressed as Banjaran Radha (tribal woman), who comes to the village of Laadi, and his family gets them both married. Now, Laadi gets his share of the property, and Balli gets the stake he was promised. But, the lover of Laadi, Dr.Seerat, misunderstands the whole situation, and Mehar’s father also gets angry after knowing Balli is a liar.
