Ittefaq – The Storyline The story of the movie revolves around a famous Indian descent writer, Vikram, who has a British residency. On the day of launching his third book in Mumbai, he finds his wife dead in his hotel room. The police accuse him of her murder, and he flees from the hotel. His car meets an accident, and he flees with injuries to hide in a nearby apartment where he meets Maya, Sonakshi Sinha, recently seen in the movie Double XL , who is a housewife and lives there.
After a few hours of hiding in the apartment, police find Vikram beside the body of Maya’s dead husband. Now the police interrogate Vikram and Maya both for this double murder.
Both Maya and Vikram present a different story to the police. Vikram says that he fled because he was afraid that the police would frame him for his wife’s murder, while Maya says that she was only helping Vikram since he was injured and lets him in, and only after a while she found out that he has fled from police and is a suspected criminal.
Now what’s there to see is which one of them is telling the truth and which one of them is the criminal, and how Dev, Akshaye Khanna, recently seen in Drishyam 2 , is going to solve this mystery. Well, you will have to find out on your own.
