The Indian Hindi-language web series “Mentalhood” is currently available for streaming on its OTT platform. The series was released on 11 March 2020 and is directed by Karishma Kohli. ‘Mentalhood’ is produced under Film Farm India by Rupali Guha and Pintoo Guha. Marking the debut of Karishma Kapoor who is a well-known actress of the 90’s her performances in movies like Raja Hindustani , Dil to Pagal hai, Raja Babu , Hum Sath Sath Hain made her most demanding female actress back then, the series also stars Sanjay Suri, Sandhya Mridul, Shilpa Shukla, and Shruti Seth. The ten-episode web series looks at the various approaches that mothers take to raising their children.
The Storyline of the Series ‘Mentalhood’ The series revolves around six moms whose children go to GI International School. But this school is no normal school because, in GI International School, it is not only the children who compete with each other, it is their parents also.
And among these parents are our six mothers, Meira Sharma (Karishma Kapoor ), Anmol Sharma (Dino Morea ), Anuja Joshi (Sandhya Mridul ), Namrata Dalmia (Shilpa Shukla ), Diksha Shah (Shruti Seth ) and Preeti (Tillotama Shome ), who fight with their own unique abilities to become the supermom.
