The Storyline of the Movie “Aaja Nachle” Dia, the choreographer, lives in New York with her only daughter, Radha. Dia lives with her parents because she married a foreign boy, Steve, and moved to New York. At the beginning of the story, she got a message about the death of her old dance Guru, Makrand.
She came to India to meet him and finds a letter, with a request to save the dance theatre name Anjata from the politicians, who want to convert it into a shopping complex. Dia takes the responsibility of saving the dance academy, and she announces a show to gather the audience in favor. Initially, she doesn’t find any participants.
But after several requests and a political deal, she got Imran, who is ready to play the role of Majnu. Right after that, she got another participant for Laila, who doesn’t fit the role because of her tomboyish look but is cast anyway as she loves Imran. Later, Imran also falls in love with her because she saves him from the death trap.
On the day of the show, the whole town came to watch the show, they loved it, and Dia won. But she finds that Raja Uday is in love with her, and tries to continue to stop her from moving back to New York, but she doesn’t accept and moves in with her daughter. But Radha gives Dia’s New York number to him because she finds him suitable for Dia.
