Storyline of the Punjabi Movie “Manje Bistre” We see it is the time of the early 1990s, and a wedding is taking place in a small Punjabi village where the “Manje Bistre” movie is located. Sukhi played by Gippy Grewal (last seen in Mitran Da Naa Chalda ), a village boy, goes to his uncle’s house to assist with the last-minute planning preparation for his sister’s wedding. He gathers “Manje Bistre,” which can be translated as beds and quilts, from various parts of the village with his fellows Seeta (Rana Ranbir) and Chadar (Jaggi Singh) before the guest’s arrival. There, he meets Rano (Sonam Bajwa), with whom he later falls in love. But will Rano also fall for him? or will Sukhi be able to convince Rano to marry him before the marriage ends?
