The Storyline of the Movie Bhai Bhai is the most skilled worker of Hong-Kong based don named David. David trusts Bhai so much and is dependent on Bhai for all the things he pursues daily. James and Tony, who are the sons of David, hold a grudge against Bhai.
One day, David sends Bhai to Hyderabad to kill a police officer as he is interfering in mafia operations inside the city. During this, he bumps into Radhika, a beautiful girl who falls in love with him. But Bhai never accepts her proposal and he starts hunting down the police officer.
One day, he finds out that Arjun is his real brother after seeing him with their father Raghava. He plans to drop the plan but someone records his video when he was aiming at Arjun with his gun. Some men try to kill Arjun but he kills all of them.
Bhai realizes that Tony, a man, wanted to kill Arjun as he wanted to gain attention from David. Later on, David finds out about it and plans to kill Arjun on his own. Also, soon Bhai narrates his past life to Munna and the story continues. What will happen next? Will Bhai support his family or will he stay loyal to David?
