The popular face of the Indian television industry, Nitesh Pandey, passed away in his hotel room in Maharashtra due to cardiac arrest.
The Hindi entertainment industry has suffered an irreparable loss with the sudden demise of actor Nitesh Pandey. The 51-year-old actor was found dead in his hotel room in the Igatpuri town of Maharashtra. Initial reports suggest a cardiac arrest.
The news sent a shockwave in the television industry as this is the third death within a few days after actors Aditya Singh Rajput and Vaibhavi Upadhyay’s heavenly abode. Nitesh’s brother-in-law, Sidharth Nagar confirmed the tragic news and stated that the family is devastated and is in a state of utter shock.
The body is sent for post-mortem for further investigation and the police are questioning the staff of the hotel and others who were close to the actor. As per the statement given by Sidharth Nagar, the actor had no history of any heart ailments.
Nitesh Pandey was working in the ongoing popular daily soap, Anupamaa . He played the character of Dheeraj Kumar on the show. Nitesh Pandey is a veteran who worked in television and Bollywood and was always appreciated for his realistic portrayal of the characters.
The late actor’s Bollywood movies include Badhaai Ho, Shadi Ke Side Effects, Om Shanti Om , and Khosla Ka Ghola. He appeared in daily soaps like Manzilein Apni Apni, Saaya, Astitva: Ek Prem Kahani, and Durgesh Nandini.
