The Storyline of the Series Shaitan The story is about the time of the 1990s and mid-2000s when a family is caught up in ugly police brutality, Naxal wars in the state along with cruel politics. Since then only it has been established that the one that can withstand these brutal socio-political forces is the strongest one and that one will get to survive in this world.
Shelly is a single mother of three children who has somehow now made her peace with being exploited by the police. All she wants is to feed her children and give them at least a normal life. She doesn’t let society’s thinking and views affect her in any way.
