The digital rights for Adipurush were acquired by OTT giants Amazon Prime and Netflix. The platforms took to their social media handles to announce the Adipurush OTT release date.

Moreover, the poorly received film is available in multiple languages on different OTT platforms, while the Hindi version is available on Netflix, and the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of Adipurush are available on Amazon Prime.

Adipursh Plot

Adipurush is penned by Om Raut, and Manoj Muntashir has provided the dialogues for the film. The film is based on the epic tale of the Ramayana, the battle between good and evil, a mythological saga that weaves a narrative that traverses time and realms.

It follows the story of young Raghava as he embarks on a journey with his wife Janaki and his brother Shesha in Panchavati, situated by the Godavari river. The wheels of fate start to turn when Shurpanakha, driven by desire, seeks to marry Raghava, but to no avail. She then attempts to take Janaki’s life, but her sinister plan fails, and she ends up with a disfigured nose.

After hearing about his sister’s humiliation, Lankesh abducts Janaki by taking the disguise of a saint. What follows, then, is the journey of Raghava and Shesh as they find allies and surge forward with unwavering valor to an epic battle between good and evil.
