Vanraj is so happy to see her granddaughter. After several missed calls from Vanraj and Samar, Toshu calls them back and asks if everything is fine. Vanraj informs him that he has become a father, and Kinjal has given birth to a baby girl. Toshu feels delighted and tells someone in the car that he has to go back somewhere.
Meanwhile, Leela and Anupama coddle the baby girl. Vanraj informs everyone that Toshu is on the way to the hospital. Rakhi enters the room and asks everyone about Toshu. Anupama informs her that he is on the way and will be here soon. She should first meet her granddaughter. Rakhi gets emotional while holding her grand- daughter and again asks for Toshu. Leela tells her she is also late, and Rakhi responds that she has important work to deal with.
Leela tells her that Toshu also went for an interview. But Rakhi keeps picking on Toshu, and Vanraj asks her to cheer up in front of her granddaughter. Anupama notices Rakhi’s weird expressions and comforts her with a glass of juice. Rakhi hugs her tightly, and Leela requests Samar to take her pictures with the new member.
Kinjal informs Rakhi that without the help of Anupama, she would not have been able to give birth to the baby. Rakhi thanks Anupama and tells her that one mother was present in the other mother’s absence. Rakhi asks about Toshu again, and Kinjal tells everyone that Toshu would be so happy because he always wanted a baby girl. Leela tells Rakhi to stop asking again and again for Toshu while Rakhi says that she is asking for a reason.
Anupama gets anxious and asks Rakhi why she is asking about Toshu every 10 minutes. Rakhi gets angry and informs everyone that she is taking Kinjal and her daughter home.
Vanraj again tries to tell her that Toshu had an interview, but Rakhi keeps telling everyone that Kinjal should be his priority.
Anupama tells Vanraj that something is wrong or that Rakhi should not have acted like this. Samar calls Toshu and reassures everyone that he is on the way to the hospital. Anupama tells Vanraj that maybe Rakhi is angry because Toshu did not accept her job offer last time, or something serious. Vanraj nods and tells her that Rakhi never hesitates whenever she wants to speak anything, but now she is.
Anu requests Anuj to meet the baby girl. Anuj denies her request. Anu keeps on ranting and throws a tantrum which makes Anuj angry. Furthermore, GK convinces Anu and sends her inside the room. Anuj notices the temple lamp blinking; he tries to move his wheelchair on his own and unfortunately falls. Ankush, Barkha, and Adhik help him, and he sits back on the chair with their support. Barkha asks him what he is doing, and he tells her that the lamp is flickering. Barkha fills the lamp with oil.
Anuj asks them about the nurse. Ankush tells him that he gave her festival leave, and he informs him that he will stay with him until Anupama returns from the hospital. Anuj requests everyone not to tell Anupama that he fell from the wheelchair.
On the other hand, Anupama finally asks Rakhi about her issue with Toshu. Rakhi starts crying while Anupama comforts her. Rakhi was about to tell her, but Pakhi told Rakhi that Kinjal was asking for her. Anupama gets confused and worried.
