Toshu apologises for his affair and informs Rakhi that he only loves Kinjal. Toshu begs Rakhi not to inform anyone as he is repentant for his act. Rakhi yearns and tells him that she is not taking action because of her granddaughter, as she doesn’t want her to get old without a father. She threatens Toshu that if he repeats this, then she will inform Anupama, who will harshly punish him.
Rakhi notices Anupama at the door and changes her facial expression and tone, asking her why she returned. Anupama says that she forgot her mobile phone. Toshu brings her cell phone. Anupama questions Rakhi and asks her why she is looking tense. Rakhi asks her how well she knows her son. Anupama gets confused.
Meanwhile, Toshu returns and anxiously asks Anupama to leave the room. Anupama recalls Rakhi’s words and asks Toshu about it. Joshua tells her that Rakhi is angry because he didn’t arrive at the hospital during the baby’s birth. Anupama gets suspicious and asks him again, but Toshu advises her to go home as soon as possible.
Rakhi walks to Kinjal’s room with teary eyes. Kinjal mumbles that her family is complete now. Anupama feels uneasy while returning home and tells herself that she has to fulfill her responsibility as a wife and mother.
Vanraj records a lullaby and sends it to Kinjal. He tells Kavya that he wants his granddaughter to grow up by listening to this lullaby only. On the other hand, Anupama reaches home and sees Anuj is still awake. He informs her that he made Anu sleep, took his medicines, and drank a turmeric latte. Anupama smiles and sits near Anuj. Then, he congratulates her on becoming a grandmother and tells her he also became a Dada- Buddy.
Anuj confesses his feelings to Anupama and informs her that he could not sleep because she was not there in the house. They both smile at each other, and Anupama rests her head on Anuj’s shoulder. At Shah’s mansion, Kavya rests on Vanraj’s shoulder while he expresses his feelings about being happy to grow old with his granddaughter.
After resting on Anuj’s shoulder, Anuj asks her about Kinjal’s health and baby. Anupama describes the baby’s features happily. Then he asks her about Rakhi’s reaction. Anupama recalls Rakhi’s words and looks concerned. Anuj asks her the reason for being nervous. She tells him that Rakhi is upset with Toshu, but she doesn’t tell him why. Anuj tells her not to take tension as she didn’t reveal any reason.
Leela prepares laddoos for Kinjal. Hasmukh goes into the kitchen and gets romantic. Samar enters the kitchen with a glass of milk and apologises for spoiling their mood. Leela praises him and says his future wife will be happy as he helps everyone. Samar angrily murmurs about why she is always talking about his marriage.
Anupama helps Anuj walk towards the room; she notices Barkha in the kitchen and asks her what she is doing there late at night. Barkha informs Anupama not to make breakfast for Anu as she has already cooked pancakes. Anupama nods, and she walks towards the room.
Anuj informs her that Ankush and Barkha took care of him and Anu in her absence. Barkha overhears the conversation and feels good that Anuj noticed that. Besides that, Rakhi pampers her grandchild and thinks she will not let anything happen to her family, while Toshu notices her from the glass door.
