Anupama recalls all the words Rakhi told her about Toshu, and prays to god to protect her and the whole family. Suddenly, Anuj falls from the bed and starts trembling. Anupama panics and calls GK after seeing Anuj’s condition, they all pick up Anuj from the floor and help him to sit back on the bed. Anu feels anxious and prays to god for Anuj’s health.
The doctor visits Kapadia’s and he examines Anuj’s condition. Anupama asks the doctor about the sudden attacks which Anuj had. The physician informs everyone that it is common for a person who had brain surgery, thus, the patient needs more care and also someone who can stay with Anuj 24/7.
Everyone tells Anupama to not panic as they will stay with Anuj and he will be okay. Anupama nods with teary eyes. On the other side, Samar and Pakhi decorate the house to welcome the baby girl. Hasmukh and Leela pass by and ask them why they haven’t slept. Samar cross-questions them and asks them why they haven’t slept.
Hasmukh informs him that they both were preparing ladoos for Kinjal. Pakhi informs everyone that Rakhi is bringing a new cot for the baby and she is so excited to see it. Leela gets offended and tells her that the baby will use an old family cot that Vanraj and Samar used.
Pakhi and Samar ask Leela to not use the old cot but Leela and Hasmukh scold them and order them to decorate the old cot only. Samar walks with Leela and Hasmukh to their room with a cup of coffee in his hand.
As Anupama lands in a quandary situation, she questions herself that how will she help Kinjal and her baby and on the other side how will she take care of Anuj. Furthermore, Samar asks Toshu why he didn’t stay at the hospital. He tells him that Rakhi didn’t permit him and only 1 person is allowed in the room. Then, Samar, Toshu, and Pakhi talk about the excitement they have about the baby’s arrival.
Anupama feels upset that she cannot enjoy the moment. Samar tells Toshu that earlier Rakhi was behaving so weirdly in the hospital. Toshu ignores it and tells him that he is going to take a bath, Samar informs him that he will switch on the geyser first.
The next day, Anupama wishes good morning to Anuj. Anuj takes a deep breath and smells the Jasmine flowers that were tucked in Anupama’s hair bun. Then, he notices his hand injury and asks Anupama if something happened last night and if Kinjal gave birth to a baby or not. Anupama feels perturbed. Meanwhile, Ankush and Barkha walk inside the room and ask Anuj about last night.
Anuj asks them what happened last night, Anupama tells him that he was shouting during his sleep. Anuj reveals that he doesn’t remember anything and requests Anupama to visit the hospital as Kinjal can give birth anytime. This statement makes Ankush and Barkha worried.
Kinjal wakes up and looks at her baby. Rakhi tells her to be careful, she also asks if she is having severe pain. Kinjal informs her that she is having pain but that pain doesn’t mean anything in front of her baby. She asks her mother if she hasn’t slept the whole night. Rakhi tells her that she was worried about her condition so she didn’t. At Kapadia’s mansion, Anupama serves a milkshake to Anuj and shows him the baby’s picture. Anuj happily tells Anupama that he wants to meet the baby.
