Anupama calls Kinjal and asks about her and the baby’s health. Kinjal tells her that she is fine and the baby is sleeping. Then, Anupama hands over the phone to Anuj and tells Kinjal that Anuj wants to talk to her. Anuj recites a Shayari for Kinjal’s baby and apologises for not being there.
Kinjal tells Anuj that she is even feeling sorry that she cannot bring the baby to him. Anuj informs her that he will visit the baby when she is discharged from the hospital. Anu says that she will also see the baby soon. Furthermore, Kinjal informs them that she and the baby are coming home today only. Anuj insists Anupama visit Shah’s with Anu. Anupama denies it and tells him she will not leave him in this condition, but Anuj requests her and tells her to return soon.
Anupama prays to god to protect Anuj, help her to fulfil both duties, and informs the house cook about Anuj’s meal plan. On the other hand, Shah decorates the house to welcome Kinjal and her baby. Leela waits for Anupama to perform some rituals and criticises Anupama that she adopted Anu, and now she is burdening herself with her responsibilities. Samar requests her not to say anything in front of Anu.
Hasmukh warns Leela not to repeat this in the future and should enjoy the baby’s arrival and not cause any trouble. At Kapadia’s house, Anupama gets ready to visit Shah’s; Anuj tells her not to take stress as he will be fine at home. Anu tells everyone she got ready herself today.
Ankush, Barkha, and Adhik walk toward them. Anupama informs Ankush not to tell him the things he forgot as the doctor has suggested that Anuj should not take the stress. Barkha asks Ankush if Anuj has also forgotten their misdeeds, but Ankush tells her that he usually hasn’t or would be talking with them.
Anu says that she is carrying a camera so that she can click the baby’s pictures. Meanwhile, Anupama imagines Anuj walking and accompanying them to Shah’s house. But after some time, she returns to her senses and prays to god to protect Anuj.
In the hospital, Toshu enters the room and informs Rakhi that the doctor has permitted them to go home. Rakhi scowls as Toshu. At Shah’s house, Pakhi video calls Adhik and shows him the decoration. Anupama and Anu enter their house and get excited after seeing the decoration. Leela scolds Anupama for being late, Anupama straightaway apologises to her, and Anu tells Leela not to scold her mom as she is busy taking care of Anuj.
Kavya takes Anu from there, and Anupama walks toward the kitchen. Leela follows her and asks her to keep Anu away from the baby as she can harm her unintentionally. Anupama tells her that Anu has already lived with many kids in the ashram, and she knows what is right and wrong, but she will again explain to her.
Leela says that every grandma will do the same, and she scolds her due to the nervousness as a baby is coming into their home after years. Anupama tells her that even her daughter went to the house, but Anu is from the Kapadia family, and she is talking about Shah’s family. Leela is happy with her great grand daughter’s arrival and Anu’s arrival too.
After the discharge, Rakhi insists on taking the baby to the car, but Vanraj tells her that he will hold the baby. Rakhi nods and tells everyone that she will drive. Vanraj instructs her to drive via the ring road, but Rakhi tells him not to instruct her as she knows what to do.
Anupama finishes her work, and Leela taunts her that she wouldn’t have scolded her if she reached home early. Hasmukh adds that she would have complained about something else then. Leela warns Anu to stay away from her great-granddaughter when Anu shows her excitement. Anupama cheers Anu and calls Anuj to get an update about his health. After hearing the car horn, she hangs up the call and rushes to the gate.
