The Storyline of the Movie Baajre Da Sitta The story revolves around the life of two sisters Roop Kaur & Basant Kaur who belong to the 1960’s conservative era. Bhagel Singh, who works for a music company and is awestruck by the voice of both sisters, wants to sing them for his music label. He comes to their house to seek permission from their father for the same, but he has a condition that their identity should remain hidden, and he agrees. By that time, the voices of both sisters became famous in the world. Eventually, the father starts getting irritated by the songs of his daughters. Roop kaur gets married to a man who hates music and singing just like her father. But, Roop who lives for music cannot hide the music inside her and thus she sings whenever she gets a chance in her house. In the end, they both agree.
