Bal Ganesh Movie Storyline Lord Shiva used to live at Mount Kailash with the goddess Parvati. One day she asked Nandi to look after the palace and didn’t want any visitors as she was occupied with bathing. But Nandi was always obedient to Lord Shiva. And he enters the palace anyhow which was upsetting to the goddess.
So she decided to make her personal attendant who would just obey her orders. While bathing she created a sandalwood paste and made a mould of a human. With her energies, love and affection life comes to the mould. She named it Ganesh.
Ganesh as a child was playful and loved being around with Nandi. So on a day, Parvati asked Ganesh to guard the fort while she bathed. Shiva came to the palace and Ganesh didn’t allow him to enter which made Shiva really angry and he began his Tandav.
The situation got a little out of hand and all the lords came to stop Shiva but by the time they were able to do something, Shiva had already cut off Ganesha’s head with his trident. After knowing what happened Parvati got upset with her husband and demanded her child back orelse she would give up her life too.
Shiva’s trident was really strong so Brahma suggested that it would be only possible if the head of another child would be attached to Ganesha’s body. Shiva told his attendants to bring the head of any child. All the attendants went to a jungle and came back with the head of an elephant.
Parvati Maa became sad as she thought everyone would mock Ganesha while other deities gave him blessings as people will pray Ganesha before any other god. Things got back on track when one day Parshuram came to visit Shiva. But Ganesha stopped him from entering as lord Shiva was meditating. Parshuram angrily throws a weapon on Ganesha which breaks one of his tusks.
Surkdaman a demon , pleases lord Shiva. He asked him to bless him so that no deity can harm him or stop him from anything. Later on, after getting the blessings, the demon started causing problems as he threatened lord Varun to stop bringing rainy clouds in South India. Everyone did as he ordered.
One day, Sage Agasthya prayed to lord Brahma and he told him to visit lord Shiva. Lord Shiva met him and while going back to South India, Lord Ganesha followed him. At last, Ganesha gives a boon that river Kaveri will always flow to South India.
The movie portrays many stories about Lord Ganesha’s childhood. The movie follows many other stories which depicts Ganesha’s innocence as well as mischievous behaviour by which he always tempted people.
