Hindi Movie, ‘Don 2: The King Is Back’ is the second installment in the Don Reboot series. Directed by Farhan Akhtar, the movie has yet again come up with brilliant action scenes and an equally excellent plot, filled with thriller and drama.
The film was released in 2011 and Stars Shah Rukh Khan , Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, Kunal Kapoor, Ally Khan, Nawwab Shah, Sahil Shroff, Om Puri, and Lara Dutta. The movie continues after five years, where the story was left in the first part of the series ‘Don.’
The film was released in 2D and 3D formats, including dubbed versions in Telugu and Tamil languages.
The Storyline of the Movie ‘Don 2: The King Is Back’ Five years after the events of “Don,” the movie moves forward. The European drug cartel bosses came together to discuss the threat emerging from Asia, which was Don (Shah Rukh Khan). To prevent Don from interfering with their operations, the bosses decide to murder him.
Don arrives at a remote location to pick up a cocaine shipment, unaware of this decision. But instead of the shipment, he is now facing his allies who wish to kill him and gain profit from the shipment. Betrayed by his allies, Don gets cornered but comes out alive by killing everyone that had betrayed him.
Don returns to Malaysia to ensure his safety and surrenders himself to Roma (Priyanka Chopra), who now works for Interpol. When Don is sent to prison, he faces an old foe who soon becomes a friend when Don offers him the chance to escape with him.
Don poisons his inmates to escape, then heads to Zurich to meet Ayesha (Lara Dutta), his trusted companion. From there, Don starts planning to take over the European Criminal market, but the Berlin Mafia and Interpol do not make it easy for him to reach his goal.
