The Storyline of Fukrey Vikas “Hunny” Gulati and Dilip “Choocha” Singh are backbenchers living in Delhi who dream of a big and good life. They want to get into a local college but require good grades. Well, the solution arrives when the college guard tells them that he can give them leaked papers of the class 12th upcoming exams. They agree, but in the end, their plan fails.
Via Pandit, only they meet Zafar, who is a student of the college and a struggling musician, and the fourth person Lali whose father has a sweet shop. He also wants to go to the same college where his girlfriend studies. He asks his father for a donation, but he denies it.
Zafar’s ex-girlfriend gives Lali tuition classes so that he can make his dream come true. Unfortunately, Zafar’s father faces a stroke, and the struggling guy has to arrange money, so they all meet, where Hunny explains a plan. Pandit takes them to a local gangster, Bholi Punjaban, and she gets ready to invest in the scheme.
Choocha narrates a fake dream, and Hunny interprets a number. They tell Bholi the number, but she loses her money. She gives them drug pills and asks them to supply them at the rave party in order to pay her the amount she lost. But the police raids the party and suspects Lali. He fools the police officer, and they all run away from the local gangster.
Will they ever be able to return her money back? Or will Bholi keep chasing them?
