Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is a Hindi language television show which was aired in 2020 on Starplus. The story revolves around ACP, Virat Chavan, Sai Joshi and other characters. One day, Virat meets Patralekha during a camp and soon they develop feelings for each other and Virat takes her phone number and promises to call her.

Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 19th December 2022 Episode Written Update Virat thanks Sai for saving Pakhi’s life. Pakhi opens her eyes and sees them, and gets sad. Virat leaves to get her medicines while Pakhi holds Sai’s hand. Sai says she will inform everyone that she woke up. Pakhi continues holding her hand. Sai examines her. Pakhi asks Sai why she saved her when she got a chance to get rid of her. Sai says this because she has the responsibility of saving her patients, and she also promised the Chavan family.
Sai requests Pakhi to not think so much. She again holds her hand and requests them to answer an imaginative question. She asks if she and Sai are on a bus, who should Virat save? Sai asks her to question her husband. Pakhi insists, but she stays silent. Vinu enters the room and sees Pakhi. He gets happy and informs the family. Ashwini shows gratitude towards god. Vinu expresses that he cried a lot. Bhawini also tells Pakhi about Vinu and tells Vinu that his mother is a tigress.
Ashwini cries when Sonali says who can imagine that ex-wife can save the life of Virat’s present wife. Bhawini asks her to shut up while Ashwini says that she is speaking the truth only.
Moreover, Ashwini says that Sai risked her life to save Pakhi. Karishma taunts that the Chavan family is Satrangi and that the husband saves the ex-wife and the ex-wife saves the present wife. Virat returns, and tongues lash them for speaking such things in front of Pakhi.
Sai and Savi return home. Usha apologised that she shouldn’t have requested her to go on the trip. Sai says if she wouldn’t go, then things would have become easier. Virat tells Pakhi that he will take care of her at any cost. Pakhi recalls how Virat gave CPR to Sai when the bus fell off the cliff. Doctors come inside the room and say that Pakhi can go home now. Virat takes Pakhi home. Ashwini performs her Nazar. Pakhi sees Vinu barefoot and asks him the reason he says he also fasted to not wear anything and eat anything till Pakhi gets well.
Pakhi hugs him. Virat tries to hold Pakhi’s hand, but she pulls him away.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin- Storyline The Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein talks about the lives of the characters that are ACP, Virat Chavan, Sai Joshi, and Pakhi or Patralekha Mohitepatil. The story commences with a character named Virat who meets Patralekha during a camp. Then, something more develops between them and Virat asks for her number and then promises to call her later. Unfortunately, the number gets misplaced by him. But in the meanwhile, Virat gets a chance to meet Sai, whom he had to take care of on behalf of his father.
During that time Pakhi was waiting for his call and after waiting for a long time, she feels that she has been cheated and then somehow she ends up getting married to brother of Virat named Samrat. Later the story continues and when Pakhi sees Virat and meets him, then Virat tells about everything that has happened before with him and sort out all the misunderstandings with her. As usual Pakhi was still having feelings for Virat.
