It shows how most Indian families are dysfunctional, how each family has its own issues, and how each member of the family battles their issues. The Dholakias are known for their high-spirited personalities. And because of their quirky nature, they often end up in some hilarious situations and the way they get out of it is even more uproarious.
The first episode starts with the introduction of each family member and one of them decides that the family will play truth or dare now, and the questions asked and dare given were quite very funny.
