After the success of the first season of the series ‘Lust Stories ’, they are back with a new movie of exciting stories. This highly loved movie Lust Stories 2 was released on June 29, 2023, on Netflix.
This Movie consists of four different stories which describe lust in different ways. Each story follows the mindsets of different directors, including R. Balki, Sujoy Ghosh, Amit Ravindernath Sharma, and Konkana Sen Sharma. These directors have given us amazing and creative movies like Ki and Ka , Bang Bang , and Maidaan .
The Storyline of the Movie “Lust Stories 2” The first story is directed by R. Balki, in which the family of a boy named Arjun visits the house of Veda’s family. As they both like each other, their families sit together and discuss their relationship to take it forward. In the midst of all this, Veda’s grandmother comes and asks such a question that all the people present there find awkward. The question for that couple is whether they have ever been intimate with each other or not.
In the next scene, we see Veda and her grandmother discussing a few queries through which she teaches Veda what’s the importance of satisfaction in marriage. Will Veda and Arjun understand the meaning of true compatibility?
The second story which is directed by Konkona Sen Sharma, follows the life of a repressed working woman named Isheeta. The story begins in her car where she is talking to her friend while driving back home early. After entering the house, she hears some strange noise that makes her seek her room where she finds her maid and husband intimating on the bed. Isheeta doesn’t expose them, instead, she starts coming back home early and quietly sees the couple having intimacy which makes her feel pleasure too. Once Isheeta drops the cutlery that makes the couple alert. What will happen next?
The third story , which is directed by Sujoy Ghosh, shows a man named Vijay, who is on a video call with his girlfriend while driving a car. Meanwhile, he gets a call from his father-in-law who is also his boss. This scene reveals that he is having an extramarital affair. His father-in-law asks him to attend the meeting as soon as possible because his senior has visited abroad for work.
On his way back to the meeting, his car meets with an accident. He wanders around the village in search of a mechanic and there he sees Shanti, his former wife. Vijay gets shocked after seeing her as according to him she disappeared decades ago and was presumed dead. What happened 10 years ago?
The last story of the Movie ‘Lust Stories 2’ by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, depicts a woman named Chandra who used to work as a prostitute and is now married to a lustful man named Suraj from the upper caste. He behaves badly with her and is always lustful toward the maids of his home. To secure the future of his son Ankul, Chandra somehow tolerates the behavior of her husband. But as Suraj is becoming a wall between Chandra and her dream of living with her son in England, she plans to push him into death through his lust. What’s going on in Chandra’s mind?
