Innale Vare – The Storyline The name of the director is more than enough for you to feel hooked to your seat. Life has not been kind lately to our star in disguise, Asif Ali, aka Adi. He is barely hanging on to the threads of his professional life while his personal life is no less than a scene right out of a dramatic romantic novel where he is in the middle of an affair with an ex-co star even after being just weeks away from getting hitched to the love of his life.
And while the man of the hour is involved with other women as well, what keeps him up at night is his financial condition.
The movie revolves around the idea of keeping an image alive and if it all falls down, how to turn it around into something better? The ground plot remains the same, even when the movie turns into a survival thriller in the world of identity theft.
In one of the scenes, Adi is seen to be refusing the dubbing for a project that has been on hold for more than 4 years, stating that he is above outdated projects, a classic example of what fame has done to our main man in the movie.
For the better part, the movie invests in Adi, where, as a viewer, one can see the two sides of a man, one with an overly inflated ego and on the other end, there is a simple man who is stuck in the honey trap of money and fame.
Although the writing may not do justice to the beginning as the movie proceeds, what turns heads is the twist when it comes, but even that is too perfect to be true to one’s own world.
To sum it up in a nutshell, the movie wasn’t exactly what was expected and everyone seemed to be taking things too far, be it for the acting part, or for the designing of a killer lair’s that looks no better than a Pinterest designed room.
