Storyline of the Punjabi Movie “Jodi” To begin with, the film talks about two brilliant and music-driven musicians who set out in the 1980s to revive Punjabi folk music and make an impact. A wonderful love tale connects their path from humble beginnings to becoming one of the most well-known musical groups in the area. The mystique that surrounds their path as their love grows among their audiences.
As they perform in front of an audience, Kamaljot (Nimrat) gradually transforms into Amar Sitara’s (Diljit) musical partner. Sitara and Kamaljot try to participate in a few concerts together that feature their entire journey as the main singers of the state in order to shine in front of the audience eventually.
