Kantara A Legend translated as ‘Mystical Forests.’ Kantara is a Kannada language movie released on 30 September 2022. It is an action thriller film written and directed by Rishabh Shetty. Made with a budget of only 16 Crore, the Kantara movie collection shocked everyone. It became the second highest-grossing movie in the Telugu industry after KGF Chapter 2 by collecting 412 Crores.

Kantara A Legend – The Storyline The movie’s story starts in 1847 when the king agrees with the Panjurli to trade the forest land to the local tribe for peace and happiness by Daiva. Even though the Daiva decided, the village people earned the king that the Daiva would follow him and his family.
Then in 1970, the king’s successor is trapped by greed and demands the tribal people give him the land, and after a while, he dies a mysterious death.
Then in 1990, Muralidhar (Kishore), famously known from The Family Man web series , a forest officer who wants the land to be untouched, is challenged by a Kambala athlete, Kaadubettu, who has the backing of his master, who is also the king’s present successor. Now, what’s there to see is how the officer will protect the land and how the villagers will react.
