On the latest episode of Koffee with Karan, Karan invited the most awaited duo, which lives in everyone’s minds rent-free. Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor, the Kabir Singh duo, were invited to the couch. Both of them spilled the beans related to their personal as well as professional lives.
Relationship between Kiara and Siddharth Malhotra: In the 8th episode, Karan kept trying to get more details about Siddharth and Kiara’s relationship. But Kiara also kept avoiding those questions. Meanwhile, Shahid enjoyed that part as he said that Kiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra are a great couple and might have good-looking babies in the future too. At the end of this discussion, Kiara accepted that she and Siddharth are more than good friends.
“The most embarrassing moment”: In Karan’s Bingo, Kiara and Shahid were asked if they ever had an embarrassing moment at a party. Kiara replied that she had one, which is embarrassing to tell in front of everyone. Kiara continued and said;
“So, basically, Juhi Chawla, she is a family friend. She knew I wanted to get into the movies. She had done the movie I Am for which they had a party. She invited me because she wanted to introduce me to the director (Sujoy Ghosh). So, I went. I was having this conversation with the director, and he lifted his hand. I thought it was the end of the conversation, and we should hug and say bye. But he was calling somebody else.”
Kiara added that Juhi Chawla was shocked after seeing what she did at that party. Karan responded that “Hugging Sujoy Ghosh” was okay.
Shahid Kapoor’s advice to Ishan Khattar: Karan asked Shahid Kapoor to advise Ishan Khattar, and Kapoor said that he is a brilliant boy and, because of so much pressure, should not get affected.
Gossips about their movies : Kiara said that she bitch slapped Shahid Kapoor during the shooting of Kabir Singh. She said;
“It was my third or fourth day of shooting, and I was made to wait for eight hours because there was discussion of what shoes Shahid would wear in the next scene.”
Shahid said that he feels embarrassed whenever he watches his performance in “Batti Gul Meter Chalu .”
What’s Kiara Advani’s real name?: Kiara told everyone that her real name was Alia, which she changed to Kiara Advani because of Alia Bhatt. Karan joked about it and added that he had changed her name from Kiara Advani to Alia Advani on his phone.
