Parineetii Storyline Rajeev marries Parineet because of family pressure. Later on, he moves to Chandigarh, leaving his wife at his house only. He starts living with his cousins and later on meets a beautiful girl Neeti who is completing her training as an air hostess. Neeti starts liking him without knowing that he is married.
Rajeev proposes to her, and she accepts the proposal. Due to an unfortunate death, Parinineet moves to Chandigarh and becomes friends with Neeti. Furthermore, she suspects Rajeev and Neeti of being together, and one day, she finally confronts the truth. But on that day, Rajeev’s grandmother arrives and announces their remarriage. Parineet confronts everyone that Neeti is pregnant with Rajeev’s child.
