A rich spoiled man falls in love with a woman who is the daughter of a gangster. But what makes it more comic is the combination of his politician dad and her gangster father.
The web series “Pop Kaun?” is now streaming on its OTT platform. It is a Hindi-language comedy-drama revolving around a guy who falls in love with a gangster’s daughter. The series stars (Kunal Khemu last seen in Malang ), Saurabh Shukla also appeared in Bhediya , Johny Lever also seen in Cirkus , Rajpal Yadav, Ashwini Kalsekar and Farhad Samji. Directed by Farhad Samji, ‘Pop Kaun?’ was released on 17 March 2023 consisting of six episodes.
The Storyline of the Series ‘Pop Kaun’ The series revolves around a manchild Sahil (Kunal Khemu ). Given that his father is a wealthy politician, Sahil has always had a privileged and contented life. However, things do not go as planned when he falls in love with the daughter of a gangster.
When he discovers that his real father was not a wealthy politician, but someone else, his life begins to spiral downward. Making things even worse, his father-in-law is a man obsessed with bloodline and wishes to know who Sahil’s real father is.
The six-episode series then proceeds with Sahil’s search for his real father, hence the name of the series ‘Pop Kaun?’
