After the death of his wife, Ranvir agrees to help a gangster and soon befriends him, but things change when the true killer of his wife reveals themself.
Hindi Movie ‘Race 2’ directed by Abbas-Mustan, is the second installment of the Race film series, the first installment being ‘Race’ which was released in 2008, and the latest one being ‘Race 3’ which was released in 2018. Starring Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Ameesha Patel, and Bipasha Basu, the film did not disappoint with its performance and plot. Dubbed versions of the movie are available in both Tamil and Telugu
The Storyline of the Movie ‘Race 2’ The movie begins with a contract killer shooting the petrol tank of a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo, killing the woman sitting inside it. A few months later, the news of the European printing plates being stolen reached a casino owner Vikram Thapar (Rajesh Khattar). He meets businessman Ranvir Singh (Saif Ali Khan), who is rumored to have been the one behind the theft. Ranvir claims to have profited from the stolen plates and offers Thappar 1500 million Euros in counterfeit currency in exchange for 500 million Euros in real banknotes. Thappar eagerly accepts the offer and proceeds to borrow money from Armaan Malik (John Abraham), a billionaire gangster.
However, as soon as Thappar hands over the cash to Ranvir, he discovers that Armaan and Ranvir had joined forces to trick him and that the printing plates were never stolen in the first place. After that, the story moves on with Armaan and Ranvir becoming good friends and working together until Ranvir finds a picture of his dead wife, Sonia (Bipasha Basu), in Armaan’s girlfriend’s wallet.
After that, while Ranvir is talking to Inspector RD (Anil Kapoor), he reveals that his wife Sonia was killed by a contract killer, and the first scene of the movie is displayed where the killer shoots the petrol tank of a car. Ranvir is determined to exact revenge for his deceased wife and bank-corrupt Armaan.
