Bigg Boss OTT is set to release on the OTT platform Voot. Sources close to the show suggest that Salman Khan might replace Karan Johar on the show.
The first season of Bigg Boss OTT had an immense viewership and Bigg Boss OTT season 2 has been making headlines even before its release. Karan Johar hosted the first season and is known for his hosting skills in the famous talk show Koffee With Karan .
There are reports that Salman Khan might replace Karan in the Bigg Boss OTT season 2. Salman Khan hosts the television version of the show and fans have always loved his skills.
The controversial reality show has a huge fan following and fans are excited for season 2. The show might air by the end of May or by the beginning of June and will be available for streaming on the Voot app. The OTT version is much bolder compared to the one that airs on TV.
Though no official statement regarding the host of the show has been made yet fans are definitely excited about season 2. Both Salman Khan and Karan Johar have showcased their hosting skills and are equally loved by the audience.
If rumors are to be believed, stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui and actress Anushka Sen will be seen participating in the show. Neither the comedian nor the actress has confirmed anything till now.
Bigg Boss OTT season 1 was packed with entertainment. Though Divya Aggarwal won the show, participants like Shamita Shetty, Urfi Javed, Rakesh Bapat, Zeeshan Khan, and Nishant Bhat were well-noted by the viewers.
Fans can expect the release of the television version soon after the release of the OTT version. Bigg Boss season 17 will be aired on Colors TV though the official release date is yet to be confirmed. The previous season was won by MC Stan while Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Shiv Thakare emerged as runner-ups. Bigg Boss season 16 was one of the most successful seasons in the history of Bigg Boss with participants like Nimrit Kaur, Soundarya Sharma, and Sajid Khan.
