The Storyline of the Web Series ‘Scoop’ Season 1 We all have seen in the past how journalists’ lives are in danger whenever a controversial case takes place. But every time there are some courageous journalists who don’t even care about their life and just go on. Scoop is also about a deputy bureau chief, Jagruti Pathak who becomes a suspect in a case.
Jaideb Sen is killed and because of the case, Pathak has been arrested as she has become the main suspect in the case. She stays in jail for around 8 months struggling to prove many things and stop rumours. The story begins when Jagruti Pathak covers a bomb blast case in Mumbai but she is unaware of the consequences.
She travels to Kashmir but it becomes a memorable journey for her. Jagruti gets into a problematic situation when she is suspected in a case. So many rumours take place against her but she is unable to prove her innocence. Furthermore, slowly but steadily she takes control of the case.
What will happen next? Will she be able to prove all the false rumors or her personal grudge will get her in more danger? In the case of Vora, it took her exactly seven-year-long to prove her innocence.
