Do you believe in Love Marriage or is Arranged Marriage your cup of tea? ‘Tu Hi Re ‘ is a movie that follows the life of two people, a heartbroken man and a woman who marries a guy for the sake of her parents.
Directed by Sanjay Jadhav and released in 2015, this movie has an IMDb rating of 6.3/10. It is a remake of the Tamil movie ‘Sillunu Oru Kaadhai’ released in 2006, and it is said that the Movie ‘Tu Hi Re’ did justice to its original plot.
The Storyline of the Movie ‘Tu Hi Re ‘ Can a marriage between Nandini(Sai Tamhankar), a woman who truly believes in love and wishes to marry a guy who loves and dotes on her, and Siddharth(Swapnil Joshi), a man who is already heartbroken to the point he no longer has faith in love work?
The movie starts with these two characters having an arranged marriage; even though they might have faced a few hardships in their relationship, the two manage to live happily for eight years in Mumbai with their daughter, but what happens when after 8 years, a politician promises Siddharth to invest in his business with only one condition, that he has to leave his wife.
It turns out Siddharth had a relationship with the politician’s daughter in the past. Would Siddharth leave his wife and daughter for this offer? Is this the end of a happy married life, or will he come through the pain of the past and find love again with the help of his family?
