The Storyline of the Movie Ugram While traveling to a destination, Shiva, Aparna, and Lucky get into an accident. Shiva survives but the other two get seriously injured. He takes them to a hospital but the doctors realize that doctors never admitted them so Shiva fights with the whole staff where he faded because of dementia.
5 years ago, K. Shiva Kumar lived an honest life with his wife and daughter in Warangal. He always cared about his family but was not able to show his emotions and on the other side, his family always thought that he always cared about his work. One day, a girl tries to commit suicide but some officers save her.
Shiva asks her the reason and she explains that some men harass her every day in the hostel. Shiva finds those goons and beats them. He arrests them for 14 days but after that, they again reach the hostel and repeat the same things which traumatizes the girl. Shiva kills them but her wife and daughter plan to separate from him because of his anger.
Back in the present, Shiva finds Aparna and Lucky while his health condition is critical. Victor shows Shiva that one goon is still alive. Soon, a fight ensues between them and finally the brave officer kills him. He gets arrested but was put under house arrest because of his health conditions.
He investigates a crime where people are getting kidnapped. He follows all the leads and discovers that even Aparna and Lucky are kidnapped. The officer suspects hijras for the crime but later the truth comes in front of them as some men were dressing like them to kidnap people. After a dangerous fight, Shiva reunites with his family and they also realize that Shiva cares for their emotions.
