Vikram Plot The premise of Vikram revolves around the heart-pounding world of crime, corruption, and masked vigilantes. The film is set against the backdrop of a city that is tainted by drug syndicates and criminal operations, and we are introduced to Inspector Bejoy (Narain), who busted Adiakalam and Anbu three months earlier.
Later, Police Chief Jose summons Amar and his black ops team to investigate a series of murders of ACP Prabhanjan and his foster father Karnan which seem unrelated at first glance but later their deaths intertwine, leaving Amar trapped in a web of secrets.
Furthermore, Amar’s stubbornness to find out the truth takes him to the center of Karnan’s life, revealing a trail of hidden motives, addiction, and containers of narcotics. It is revealed that Sandhanam’s drug syndicate, ‘Vetti Vagaiyara’, seeks control over the narcotic containers, and Amar must race against time to uncover the identity of Sandhanam’s boss, Rolex.
In another scene, the lines between justice and vigilantism blur as Amar delves deeper into the investigation – a new group of vigilantes emerges. Furthermore, Amar and his team capture one of the vigilantes, revealed to be Bejoy, who later reveals that his family was killed for his involvement in leading the drug bust three months ago.
Later, it is revealed that Rudra Prathap is the next target, but Amar and his team are unable to reach him on time, and the leader of the vigilantes drags Rudra Prathap and escapes on a bike. However, Amar chases the leader down, who is revealed to be none other than Karnan.
