The Storyline of the Hate Story 3 Movie The movie opens up with the ceremony where a rich businessman named Aditya along with his wife Siya inaugurates the hospital in memory of his elder brother Vikram. However, a strange rich businessman named Saurav Singhania arrives in their life, gifts them an expensive car, and invites them for lunch.
During lunch, Saurav makes a deal with Aditya to let him spend a night with his wife in exchange for a big profit for his business. His words anger Aditya and he refuses the offer and leaves. Sarauv in rage decides to destroy Aditya’s business and bribes his factory’s workers to mix pesticides in his cola factory.
He even manages to involve Aditya’s trusted employee Kaya in his odd plans. As asked by Saurav, she delivers money to the politicians only to realize later that she is trapped by Karan and now an accused who betrayed her job. She decides to confront Aditya with the truth but before that Saurav kills her and the blame jumps to Aditya.
As all the shreds of evidence are against Aditya, Siya gets ready to spend a night with Saurav but she poisons him and manages to get proof of Aditya’s innocence. However, Saurav is not dead yet and he comes back with another plan. What’s that plan?
