The Storyline of the Laadla Movie Laadla movie opens up with a young man named Raju, who is seeking a job for himself to take care of his old paralyzed mother, Gayatri. One day, while going for an interview, he notices a strange man with a problem, and he helps him out. That person comes out to be a rich textile businessman named Laxminarayan Jetley who is impressed by his gratitude and offers him a job in his factory.
However, that factory has been handled by his adopted and ambitious daughter Sheetal who is quite full of attitude and often insults and shouts at the factory’s workers. As Raju is now a member of the team, he advises Sheetal several times to behave well with the workers. But she doesn’t listen to him and rather slaps him. In return, Raju also slaps her.
She threatens to take charge of him but it couldn’t be possible as she has no proof and all workers are side with Raju. To take revenge, she somehow convinces his mother to get him married to her. As per his mother’s wish, he unwillingly marries Sheetal and shifts to her luxurious house where she reveals her intention to marry him.
