The Storyline of the Virasat Movie Most of the areas and parts of the village are divided between two brothers named Raja Thakur and his younger brother Zamindar Birju. Due to this, the villagers often have to suffer a lot as they can’t enter other areas. Bali Thakur, Zamindar’s son has taken over his father’s responsibilities while Raja Thakur is longing for his son Shakti to return from London so that he can take part in the development of the village.
One day, his longing comes to an end when Shakti finally returns to his village after completing his studies but he disagrees to take a part in the village’s growth and decides to locate in the city along with his girlfriend Amitha. Shakti is aware of his father’s rivalry with his uncle which is unbearable for him to handle and he doesn’t want himself to be involved in it.
Later, before leaving the town Shakti decides to take a round around the village so that he can freshen up his childhood memories. He comes across an old temple that is closed, so he asks his servant Sukhiya to break down the lock. He follows his instructions but this act enrages Bali Thakur and he begins a riot between the two village factions.
