The family entertainer is set for its theatrical release on 2nd June. The movie is expected to mix romance, drama, and humor. The movie is directed by Laxman Utekar and Dinesh Vijan, who have served hits like Luka Chuppi and Mimi .
Fans are excited to see the pairing of Vicky and Sara for the first time on screen. The chemistry between the duo can be felt from the pictures shared on social media.
Sara Ali Khan’s character can be seen in simple sarees paired with mangalsutra and bangle while Vicky’s character can be seen in casual clothing riding a splendor. From the glimpses shared by the actors, it can be assumed that the story focuses on the life of a middle-class couple.
The trailer of the movie will be released on 15 May after which more details on the project will be revealed.
There were speculations going around that the movie might be named Luka Chupi 2. Luka Chupi starred Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon and was awaiting a sequel. Though it is still not clear if Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is related to Luka Chuppi in any manner.
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan was last seen in Gaslight alongside Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh. At the same time, Vicky Kaushal’s last project was Anurag Kashyap’s Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat .
